Shipping Rates

    Worldwide Shipping

    For destinations outside Europe, shipping is €4.99.

    Any customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees charged by your country are paid by the customer.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days.

During high-volume periods (new releases, special drops), processing may take longer. If your dispatch is significantly delayed, we’ll email you.

Delivery Estimates (Typical)

Delivery times depend on destination and carrier conditions. Typical ranges:

  • Netherlands: 1–2 business days

  • Germany: 2–4 business days

  • Europe: 3–7 business days

  • Worldwide: 5–15 business days

These are estimates, not guarantees. Delays can occur due to customs processing, carrier disruptions, weather, and peak seasons.

Tracking

Tracking is provided when available for your destination/service. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order is dispatched.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a parcel is delayed, returned, or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided, you may be responsible for reshipping costs.

Failed Delivery / Returned to Sender

If a parcel is returned because:

  • the address was incorrect,

  • delivery was refused, or

  • it wasn’t collected from a pickup point,
    we can either reship it (additional shipping fees may apply) or refund the product price where permitted (shipping fees are generally non-refundable).

Lost or Stuck Parcels

If tracking shows no movement for an unusual period, email us with:

  • your order number, and

  • the tracking number (if available).

We’ll investigate with the carrier and propose the fairest resolution available (replacement or refund depending on the outcome).

Damaged Delivery

  • If your book arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

    • your order number, and

    • clear photos of the book and packaging.
